ข่าวดี สำหรับคนที่ต้องการใช้ VLC Media Player บนอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ของ Apple เมื่อโปรแกรมตัวล่าสุดเวอร์ชัน 1.1.0 สามารถ iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS และ iPod touches รุ่นใหม่แล้วหลังจากก่อนหน้าที่รองรับเฉพาะ iPad เท่านั้น
