ปัญหา Log on เข้า Windows 7 ไม่ได้และวิธีแก้ไข

วิธีแก้ปัญหาสำหรับ ผู้ใช้ Windows 7 และ Windows Vista ที่ล็อกออนเข้าวินโดวส์ไม่ได้เนื่องจากโปรไฟล์เสีย โดยจะได้รับข้อความว่า "The User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded."....
